As the drilling industry started picking up onshore in western Australia the utilisation of our recent purchase of Scomi oil tools started picking up to. We believe we are the only people in WA who rent out shakers not only do we have the SGM we also have VSM 300’s in or fleet.

All equipment compliant with the relevant Australian Standards as well as IECEX electrical standards.

  • The SCM Shaker provides excellent conveyance of solids. With shaker performance being characterised as a product of screening area and g’s, the SCM Shaker has one of the highest performance ratings in the industry. When run at 7g’s combined with its large screening area, the SCM Shaker has a performance rating of 210 ft2-g (83.6 m2-g).

When one of our existing clients asked us if we would invest in building them a purpose-built lab cabin fit for elements of the Queensland outback we embraced this under “challenge is our tradition”. After many months of planning and design to meet NATA accreditation we turned this around in our new facility in Neerabup. 

This Lab system was installed in fully powered 20ft container with AC, work benches, lighting, blinded windows and laminated doors. 

Fume cupboard was designed by our partners to capture and remove air-borne hazardous substances generated during laboratory experiments (such as gases, vapours, aerosols and particulates/dust).

High efficiency Horizontal (air) Flow Wet-Scrubber scrubs acid fumes from the airstream prior to discharge. (Independent third-party testing report available on ap-plication.) 

Incorporates self-regulating water reticulation system including sump with overflow, bleed and dump ports to enable regulation. 

Waitsa 2 Gas plant. 825kVA & 500kVA generators + 4,200 Fuel Tank hire

Through a tendering process we were awarded to supply two large generators (825kVA & 500kVA) and 4FF Self bundled fuel 4,200L tank for the commissioning of Waitsa 2 Gas plant. 

Both these generators were purchased brand new for this project due to the importance of them not going down. 

Originally these were contracted for 6 months but in the end it turned out to be 14 month hire.

Spooler Cable Truck hire

Spooler Ex84 Truck

The spooler Ex84 truck unit is intended for running Control Line into the Well. The cable drums units operate by creating back tension which stop the spool from the free running and keeps the light tight.

Skid-based, installed right on the 8×4 cab chassis, requires no time for installation & maintenance. 

Used for Installing Electrical submersible pumps. To date this has been one of the hardest and most expensive projects undertaken by our rental division team. Our tech’s onsite were getting hit for down time as we were waiting on a 3rd party crane to change out the 10 ton cable real. We previously attempted carrying this out by building a trailer mounted cable spooler, but we came across the problem that the trailer ended up being a wide load. We use the existing hydraulic system to pick up the real and we use an independent 2 cylinder kobo to run in/out of hole.
